In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the 988wn Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and 988wn with respect to your use of the Platform. No other representations, warranties or agreements — oral or written — shall be of any force or effect unless expressly incorporated herein.
2.2 By clicking "Register", completing the account registration process, making a deposit or placing any wager on the 988wn Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full and unconditionally accept them.
2.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 988wn Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.
2.4 988wn reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address on file or via prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of 988wn following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. The 988wn Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 988wn employs CNIC-based age verification and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold a single 988wn Account. The use of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. All accounts beyond the first discovered will be closed and any funds or winnings therein forfeited.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and your mobile number. Any false or misleading information provided at registration constitutes immediate grounds for account termination.
3.4 KYC Verification. 988wn reserves the right to require identity verification documents at any stage. Users who fail to complete KYC within the stipulated time frame may have their account suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.5 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 988wn Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 988wn makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legally available in all locations. Users who access the Platform from jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited do so at their own risk and legal liability.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 988wn account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 All activity conducted through your 988wn Account — including wagers placed and transactions initiated — shall be deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were the individual who performed the action. 988wn shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 You must notify 988wn support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised. 988wn will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of such notification.
4.4 Account balances on 988wn do not accrue interest. Real-money balances are held in segregated player funds accounts and are not used for operational purposes.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 988wn accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in PKR via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer and Meezan Bank transfer. 988wn does not accept cash, cryptocurrency or any payment method not listed herein.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the 988wn cashier interface and are subject to change at 988wn's discretion. Users will be notified of any changes via Platform notification.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within one (1) business day. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending completion of KYC procedures. 988wn is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Same Funding Source. Withdrawals must, where technically feasible, be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. 988wn reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new or different payment method.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 988wn operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any deposit made to 988wn must originate from a payment source legally owned by the registered account holder. 988wn reserves the right to suspend, delay or reverse any transaction it reasonably suspects to involve proceeds of unlawful activity.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by 988wn are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a 988wn Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 988wn reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the relevant account, where it determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically exploiting low-variance games to complete wagering requirements at minimal risk, or coordinating with other Users to guarantee promotional outcomes.
6.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person or account.
6.5 988wn reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already accepted by a User at the time of modification shall be honoured under the original terms.
7.1 All bets placed on the 988wn Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all selections — including stake amount, market, and outcome — before confirming a wager. 988wn will not cancel or reverse confirmed bets on the basis of user error.
7.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void by 988wn in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the event is suspended and not resumed within the time frame stipulated by the applicable sports rules; or the bet was accepted in error due to a manifest odds pricing error.
7.3 Manifest Errors. 988wn reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, odds offered at a price materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices due to a technical or human error. Any winnings paid in respect of a manifest error bet may be recouped by 988wn from the User's account balance.
7.4 Live Betting. Live in-play markets are offered subject to latency inherent in data feeds. 988wn reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time and to void any bets that were placed after the relevant event outcome was determined, even if the Platform displayed the market as open at the time of placement.
7.5 Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply on the 988wn Platform. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and are subject to change at 988wn's discretion.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 988wn Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.2 988wn reserves the right to immediately suspend any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be permanently closed and all funds — including deposited real-money balance — may be forfeited where permitted under applicable law.
9.1 All content on the 988wn Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio and video — is the proprietary property of 988wn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 988wn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any 988wn Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from 988wn.
10.1 988wn collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 988wn may share your personal data with third-party payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as necessary to operate the Platform, process your transactions and comply with applicable legal obligations.
10.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 988wn, subject to 988wn's legal retention obligations. Such requests should be directed to our support team.
11.1 The 988wn Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 988wn makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988wn's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance deposited by that User into their 988wn Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 988wn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss or reputational harm.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit 988wn's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12.1 988wn is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be used as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses.

12.4 988wn will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, 988wn will not knowingly send promotional materials to the excluded account and will take reasonable technical steps to prevent account access during the exclusion period.
13.1 988wn reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; provision of false registration information; or violation of the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 8.
13.2 Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach by the User, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the User via the originating payment method within a reasonable time period.
13.3 Where an account is closed due to User breach, 988wn reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where permitted by law, to forfeit such balance in full.
13.4 Users who wish to voluntarily close their 988wn account may do so by contacting the 988wn support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, provided there are no pending withdrawals, open bets or compliance reviews outstanding.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of 988wn's operating licence. Where conflicts arise with local laws applicable to a User's country of residence, the provisions of the governing jurisdiction shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
14.2 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
14.3 The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Any invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent of the original.
